The BAR 48 is crafted from high-quality wood materials, just like legendary Klipsch speakers. Measuring only 2.8 inches tall, the BAR 48 is designed to fit below your TV regardless of wall mounting or table top use.
Dolby Audio Decoding Built In
The built-in Dolby Digital, Dolby Digital Plus, DTS, DTS-HD processing enables powerful cinema experiences with discrete processing for dialog and (optional) surround channels. DTS Virtual:X-ready, the Bar 48 will later enable you to add height to your surround experience via a USB firmware update.
8-Inch Wireless Subwoofer
The BAR 48 comes with a powerful wireless 8-inch subwoofer that you can place anywhere in your room. Wireless 2.4 GHz technology automatically connects the sound bar and the subwoofer together. There is also a subwoofer output meaning you can add a second subwoofer to your setup or simply replace the included wireless subwoofer with the subwoofer of your choice.
Bluetooth Wireless Technology Ready
Works great with all Bluetooth-enabled smartphones, tablets and computers - allowing you to play music direct from your device.
